Sales Support Specialist

Nexen Technology Inc. is a global organization specializing in manufacturing, designing, and distributing battery solutions for portable devices (i.e. notebook, pda, digital camera, ipod, etc...). With our headquarters in Taiwan, we have offices in the U.S., Germany, and China, enabling us to support customers in over twenty countries.

This individual will be responsible for daily sales operations duties, including processing orders, updating customer information, and other sales related process improvements and projects. Candidate must carry strong interpersonal skills to work closely with sales management and account managers on a daily basis.

Position will initially be stationed at our offices in Irwindale, CA (15 minutes east of Pasadena on the 210). We are looking for high energy individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit who want to develop their careers in a fast-paced start up environment!

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years experience preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to learn business system (i.e. CRM, ERP, etc..) is preferred
  • A Professional "can-do" attitude
  • Good organizational skills
  • Project management skills
  • BA or BS in business or related field is preferred
