In general, Nexen Technology accepts RMAs for products that are still within the one (1) year warranty period dating from time of product(s) shipment. However, Nexen Technology reserves the right to reject RMAs if product is found to be physically damaged. Please allow 1-2 business days for RMA number to be generated. Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned items. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to Nexen Technology on returned items, and Nexen Technology will pay the shipping charges on the replacement or exchange item(s) going back.
If your return merchandise is accepted, we will post a credit to your account within 2-3 business days from the time that we receive and process the product(s) in our distribution center. Each return is credited in the same manner as payment. If you paid for your order with a credit card, the credit will be applied to that card. You will be able to verify the credit by contacting your credit card company. If you paid for your order with a check, a refund check will be issued within 15 business days from the date the returned product is received by Nexen Technology’s receiving department. If you have a terms account, the amount of your return will be credited to your account. Nexen Technology will not provide direct replacements. A new purchase order must be placed in order to receive a replacement item. Please save all packaging and accessories for any item that is returned. All original equipment, components, manuals, documents and packaging must be returned with your item in order to process your RMA. Email alerts will be sent at RMA number generation, RMA item receipt, and Credit Memo approval.
